Who can Apply for DDA Flats/Housing Scheme 2014?
- It is something great because this time DDA accepting forms across the Delhi as well means if you are not living in Delhi you can also apply for DDA flats.
- Any citizen of India with age of 18 or above is eligible
- One person can submit only one application
- Applicant should not have any residential flat or plot in Delhi, in their own name or in the name of their spouse or children.
- Both husband and wife can apply but if both are successful, only one can retain the flat.
- There is no income limits on one-bedroom apartments and any eligible candidate can apply.

How to Apply for DDA Flats/Housing Scheme 2014?
You can apply through online or offline both the mode are available this time. So, whatever is convenient for you just choose the method.
Process for Applying Offline
Go to the nearest Bank Branch and ask for the form the application form. Form is available in Rs. 150 on various bank listed below. Application for DDA Housing Scheme 2014 may be submitted at listed bank along with Registration money and PAN Card, Aadhar card is optional. While submitting form in Bank need to submit Rs. 1,00,000 (1 lac) for general flats if applying for EWS then you have to submit Rs. 10,000 (10 Thousand).

If you have account in any of the above mentioned bank branch then follow these steps:
Step 1 : Click on the Apply button in the Applications section. Respected bank will ask you to register if you are a new user. You will be required to activate your account by clicking on the activation link provided in the email sent to you.
Step 2 : After registering, click on the said bank list as per your choice for registration. Click on the apply button on that page and your form will open up. Please fill in the form and submit. If you do not wish to submit right away, you can click on save, log out and resume your application at your convenience.
Step 3 : After Form submission, please make the payment either Online (Net Banking) or Offline. Choose your preferred mode.
Step 4 : Payment stage
Online Mode : Net Banking : List of various Bank are available here. Choose your Bank & Make the Payment. After the payment gets successfully you will receive the intimation via email along with DDA – Application Form No. You may also Log on to unionbank.formzero.in with your registered email id to view the same.
Offline Mode : Please take a print out of the system generated Challan & Visit the nearest bank branch as mentioned in list. Pay the Total Amount through DD/PO/Cheque . After the payment gets successfully realized by respected bank, You will receive the intimation via email along with DDA -Application Form No.
Step 5 : When the allotment result is announced, applicants will be notified via email.
Step 6 : If you have been unsuccessful in the allotment, the status of your refund will also be intimated to you via email in due course of time
Instead of having all these good things few restriction for the buyer as several people buy flats to sale. So it’s bad news for you guys because according this scheme you can’t sale your flat before 5 years after the possession.
