It is said that this ghost haunts the place and he torments the people who crosses his path after midnight.

Sanjay Gandhi National Park located in the northern part of Mumbai is one of the most haunted places in Mumbai. The people who visited this park seems to have seen hitchhikers and he asks for lift. Though, a lot of people never believed it but the guard swore to have seen this hitchhiker and therefore no one goes near the place in the night.
7. Mahim- The D’Souza Chawl
The D’souza Chawl in Mumbai is one of the haunted places in Mumbai. There is a ghost of an old lady who comes and roams in the Corridor and also sits next to the well, which is now abandoned, every night and as soon as the sun rises she just disappears. The ghost doesn’t harm anyone, but for the first timers it can be very scary. The story unfolds here is that years ago the well was in use for household purposes, and the lady while filling water fell into it just after the wall collapsed and she died immediately. Since then her ghost has been wandering in that place.

Juhu Pawan Hans quartets is one of the most haunted places in Mumbai. The people living in that area has witnessed a girl running still into a fire in the peepal tree. So the people have built a Hanuman Temple near the tree to protect them from the ghost.

One of the scariest incidents that happened here was when a TV actress was possessed and she started screaming in male voice and asked her staff to evacuate the place immediately. Scary, indeed!

Tower of Silence is the crematorium of Parsis. Here the dead bodies are neither burnt nor cremated. They are just left there for the vultures. The place is extremely scary and hosted. People have witnessed a young child crossing the road and suddenly disappear; a woman wearing a saree carrying a child asks for lift and then suddenly disappears and an old lady asking for lift and if given the drive can be the biggest nightmare of your life.
