She is called KumariMayawati who was born on 15 January 1956. She has served Indian Politics as a Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh for Four-Terms. She is involved in the party which focuses on the social change and to improve the weaker sections of the society. The name of her party is BahujanSamaj Party (BSP). She was born in the Dalit family. Her father was a post office employee at Badalpur, Gautam Buddha Nagar. Being a daughter she has also faced the problem of education in her childhood as she was sent to government school which were low performing at that time. She completed her BA, Bed, and LLB and started to work as a teacher. Being impressed by her speech she was included in the member of Kanshi Ram Team and they formed BSP. She chose to remain unmarried and serve the weaker sections and the society. She was the follower and observant of Buddhist tradition and customs. She often used to state her intention to convert herself to Buddhism. She had always an expression of views against gender discrimination.

After the formation of BSP by Kanshi Ram in 1984, she joined the party as an active member making herself focused on improving the situation of Dalits and other weaker groups by making certain changes in the rules and regulations.
