Christ Universityis accepting forms and favorable applicant for the admission in the courses BE/B.Tech& ME/M.Tech. For the available courses the admission schedule is available from 08th Dec, 2016 to 20th May, 2017.
Eligibility Criteria
For the course B.Tech the eligibility criteria in Christ Universityneeds the applicant to pass the +2 Senior Secondary Board Examnination with minimum aggregate of 50% marks from any of the recognized Board in India( Karnataka, PUC, ISC, CBSE, NIOS etc) or abroad. The subjects that are necessary to claim admission in the University are Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at Class XII level and the marks in Mathematics for the course should be 50% or more in Mathematics.
Special consideration is available for the students seeking admission in March-May session 2017, you may apply for the same with Class X and XI marksheet.
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)- Lateral Entry
The Course available in Christ University also offers special entry as part of B.Tech Lateral Entry, if you are eligible to take the admission in the Second Year of the respective Engineering Course.
Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech Lateral Programme
Students seeking admission in the B.Tech Lateral Programme need to successfully complete the 3 year diploma course in the respective course of Engineering to apply for the admission to the courses available as lateral entry courses.
Eligibility Criteria for ME/M.TechProgramme courses:
For the admission in M.Tech courses of Christ University you need to pass the BE or B.Tech degree with an aggregate of 55% or above from any of the colleges available as part of India or abroad recognized by UGC/AIU.
For the admission you need to carry the aggregate 55% for all the semesters and also in the Undergraduate Examinations you need to keep the score same.
